The Credo

Our mission is to enlighten business leaders and act as a beacon to illuminate an ethical path through an ever-changing, tumultuous environment. We strive to:

  1. Elevate Mindfully: Demonstrate a clear priority for affecting positive change over the accumulation of wealth and shape the environment beyond enterprise.
  2. Validate Confidently: Act with clarity, certainty and dexterity to contribute towards a higher level of education that promotes free thinking without oppression.
  3. Incorporate Humanity: Lead with humility, empathy, integrity and inquisitiveness. Honor others, free from discrimination, regardless of race, gender, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or physical condition.
  4. Collaborate Respectfully: Promote well-being, teach and mentor others in the principles of this credo across multiple, more vocal stakeholders – customers, employees, suppliers, communities and shareholders
  5. Negotiate Fairly: Achieve excellence while showing a sense of openness, intelligence, grace and authenticity.
  6. Delegate Responsibly: Lead through the gray with imagination and foresight. We must be willing to graciously accept the opinions and mistakes of others.
  7. Operate Transparently: Engage across distributed, networked, empowered systems with integrity and honor.
  8. Communicate Dynamically: Turn challenges into opportunities and inspire others to do the same.
  9. Advocate Strategically: Give our fellow man the benefit of the doubt, free from judgment, to strengthen and promote trust within our social and business communities.
  10. Above all, we must practice the golden rule and show love and respect for our fellow man.

Bylaws

POWER OF THE CORE: It is of great interest that all BEAKN members learn to prosper both in their personal lives and in business; however, we should not offer or accept opportunities that could make us compromise our core values. We should carefully read and reflect on our member Credo before offering or accepting any opportunity. This is especially true when doing business outside of BEAKN. “It is better to be happy and restful than to be elevated and unsettled.”

LEARN & APPLY: We must be diligent in learning and applying good business and success principles. We must be in the habit of becoming professional learners and powerful and effective teachers impacting the lives of many.


BE PROACTIVE: It is of utmost importance that all BEAKN members remain proactive in exemplifying and teaching good business practices and success principles. To make a large impact, we must actively pursue others who align with our core values and vision. If we find they truly align, then we may nominate them for possible inclusion into the network.


RESPECT THE VIEWPOINTS OF OTHERS: Although all BEAKN members share some common core beliefs and strictly adhere to our Credo, fellow members may share different viewpoints especially when it comes to politics and religion. We do not impose our personal politics or religion on any fellow member and should always respect the opinion of others. “Let’s look for reasons to strengthen bonds and unite, instead of finding divisions that disrupt and cause others to be downtrodden.”

ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE: It is of vital importance that all BEAKN members participate in supporting, mentoring and furthering the interests of fellow members. All members should actively engage in the learning and support and live and on-line meetings. This gives all the opportunity to exchange value and increase one’s personal network.

ABUNDANT EXCHANGE: When two or more BEAKN members decide to form a strategic alliance and do business for the purpose of creating mutual benefits, all members involved should seek to provide an abundant exchange to their fellow members. “If we elevate others and put their interests above our own, we will receive an abundance beyond measure.”

PERSONAL WEALTH PLAN: All BEAKN members should be diligent in having a personal and business wealth strategy and action plan. This will not only serve as an effective tool for the member’s personal growth and progress but will allow others to support the furtherance of each other’s growth.

MEMBER VERIFICATION: When engaging fellow members, we want to identify ourselves quickly as being a member of BEAKN. Since all members live by deeply entrenched core values and share similar education and success principles, it can be beneficial for members to form strategic alliances for the purpose of creating a mutual benefit.

DAILY REMINDER: All BEAKN members should make a point to share their BEAKN membership with others. This serves as an identification mark to fellow members, employees, customers, clients, suppliers, and partners and reminds us of the responsibility and honor of being harmoniously united in one of the world’s most principled, prestigious and inclusive networks.

ALLIANCE FIRST: Given we are all highly skilled, share core values and vision, and have been taught the same business and success principles, we should all do our utmost to support each other’s business and life growth and wealth plans. This allows for mutual growth, success, and expansion of all network members.


REFERRALS: It is of general practice for all BEAKN members to always uphold a high level of etiquette especially when it comes to the offering and accepting of referrals. If a member extends a referral to a fellow member that results in a strategic alliance being formed and further prosperity is generated, then these newly aligned members may decide to operate from a place of abundance and provide fair exchange to the member who made the introduction. Each member should follow their own core values
and should not impose their conscience on others. However, providing a fair exchange to one who adds value to us or is responsible for the furtherance of our success is considered of good form.


REPRESENTATION: When a BEAKN member is seeking to engage a fellow member, then both parties should only represent their primary profession or present a skill in which the member has become a true expert or authority. “If we cannot add value to our fellow members then we may be contributing toward becoming valueless.”

HONOR OUR COMMITMENTS: BEAKN members honor our word and always uphold our commitments to the best of our ability. BEAKN encourages collaboration between members and may choose to help facilitate meetings for the purpose of creating a joint venture or mutual benefit. Any commitment made, whether it be to a fellow member or a non-member, is of the utmost importance and we follow through with the goal of providing an abundant exchange. We are always encouraged to do honorable business and to be diligent in our business practices by putting agreements in writing.

BE SELECTIVE AND SHARE: BEAKN members share and discuss their business and life goals with those within BEAKN who can support and help to achieve them. If we find others who align with our core values and ethics, then it is appropriate to make a formal introduction to BEAKN and encourage their participation.

NOMINATION: A nomination for a new member’s inclusion into BEAKN should only take place once a member has engaged the person and are convinced, they share similar values and interests. At this time, the member should go to the member login section and complete the form under the Join Us tab. Once they have made the nomination, the network leadership will engage the nominee on behalf of the member and vet them to see if they qualify for membership.

CONCERNS OR SUGGESTIONS: If any member has a concern or suggestion they believe would benefit BEAKN as a whole, especially in the furtherance of the success for their fellow members and in the spreading of goodwill, they should submit this concern or suggestion by email to the BEAKN leadership team. All members of BEAKN, should be very open to ideas and suggestions that serve to strengthen the network and the general well-being of mankind abroad.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION: On the rare occasion that a conflict arises between two BEAK members, both members should review the BEAKN Credo and By Laws and do their utmost to resolve the conflict peacefully. Remember, “It is sometimes more advantageous to allow ourselves to be wronged than to insist on being right at the expense of great loss.”

PRIVACY: We should not talk about the inner workings of BEAKN outside of the members. This would include discussions in the media or public posts. This would also include private conversations between network members. Failure to comply to these requests may result in the dissolution of membership.

KINDNESS AND GENEROSITY: All BEAKN members should display daily acts of kindness and generosity towards those inside and outside of the network. Our actions speak louder than words and the way we treat others will serve as a testament to our core values, principles and training. “Every good action will receive a fitting reaction and will not continue to go unnoticed or unrewarded even when no one appears to be watching.”

GATHERING OF MEMBERS: Coming together with our fellow man is not only of importance on the journey to success, impact and wealth creation, but also a necessity. BEAKN hosts several events throughout each calendar year to stimulate and foster the relationships between members. If a member wishes to host a BEAKN approved event, they must contact the BEAKN Leadership to further understand the requirements of using the BEAKN name as well as to not conflict with official events.

NAME AND LIKENESS: Upon admittance to BEAKN, we become part of the few to hoist the name “BEAKN”. Inclusion to the organization will open many doors and will quickly become a deep aspect in each member’s day to day life. To abuse the BEAKN name, likeness and/or logo is strictly forbidden and may lead to potential suspension or revoked membership. Apart from general greetings and association with other members, use of the BEAKN name and likeness must be in keeping with the standard
brand and style guidelines.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: To pursue abundant business practices and opportunities within BEAKN is par for course of actively participating as a member, as well as is in the spirit of the By-Laws and Credo. It is important to know and remember BEAKN is not a financial advisory group, and any education or training observed should be met with each member’s own due diligence. Members are responsible for verifying their own business partners and possible ventures. The BEAKN leadership and/or BEAKN members of the network are not responsible for damages or lost income.

Refund Policy

At BEAKN, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Below is our refund policy for both new and existing members:

For New Members:

  • New members can cancel their subscription at any time within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • To request a refund, simply contact our customer support at support@thebeakn.com
  • within the 90-day window.

For Existing Members:

  • Existing members have 5 days from their subscription renewal date to cancel and receive a full refund.
  • If the cancellation is made after the 5-day period, the subscription fee will be non- refundable.
  • To cancel a renewal and request a refund, please reach out to our support team within the 5-day window.

How to Request a Refund:

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support at support@thebeakn.com with your account information.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of your request and will be credited to your original payment method.
